Category A - £95/year
Best for small, individual operators:

• Touring campsites with up to 9 pitches

• Registered charities

• Small-scale events & festivals

• B&Bs or guest houses with up to 4 rooms

• Individual activity providers

• Self-catering with 1 unit sleeping up to 6

• Independent restaurants, pubs, or retail below the VAT threshold

Category B - £150/year
For small to mid-sized businesses:

• Touring campsites with 10–29 pitches

• Registered charities with shop, café, or activity

• B&Bs or Guest Houses with 5 - 9 rooms

• Activity providers with 2 activities

• Self-catering with 1 unit sleeping 7+ or 2–4 units

• Restaurants/pubs/retail above VAT threshold

• Hotels/Inns with up to 9 bedrooms

• Bunkhouse/cabin/pod accommodation for up to 39 guests

Category C - £175/year
For expanding operations:

• Touring campsites with 30+ pitches

• Events venues

• Activity providers with 3+ activities

• Self-catering with 5–19 units

• Guest Houses 10 - 15 rooms

• Hotels/Inns with 10–20 rooms

• Bunkhouse/cabin/pod accommodation for 40–99 guests

Category D - £275/year
For larger hospitality businesses:

• Self-catering accommodation with 20–40 units

• Hotels/Inns/Apart Hotels with 21–49 rooms

• Bunkhouse/cabin/pod accommodation for 100+ guests

• Larger events/festivals (1,000+ ticketed entries)

Category E - £550/year
Our premium tier for large-scale businesses:

• Hotels/Inns with 50+ rooms

• Resorts

• Holiday parks
